"Meri Zindagi mein ik Khawab hey, Ik kitab hai (ik Chiragh hai) aur tum ho
ye kitab khawab ke darmiyan jo manzalain mein chahta tha tumhare sath basar karoon......
Please design me this FULL poem in urdu with exact wording ...
But Kidly Change the Word 'Chahta tha' with "Chahta Hoon".

Apne hone ka ham iss tarhan pata dete thay
khak muthhi mai uthhate thai urha daite thay
be samar jaan k ham kaat chuke hain jo shajar
yaad aate hain k be chare hawa daite thay
uski mehfil mai wahi such tha wo jo kuch bhi kahey
ham bhi gungo'n ki tarah haath uthha daite thay
abb se pehle jo qatil thai boht achhey thay
qatl se pehle jo pani tau pila daite thay
wo hamain kosta rehta tha zamane bhar mai
aur ham apna koi shair suna daite thay
ghar ki ta'meer mai ham barso'n rahe hain pagal
roz deewar uthhate thai gira daite thay
hamm bhi abb jhoot ki paishani ko bosa daingey
tum bhi sach bolne waley ko dua daite thay
